Are you just looking to incorporate and will complete the rest of the work yourself? Just give us a call and we can put you in touch with an incorporator or registered agent to get you up and running in days or even hours. The price is based on the state of incorporation and type of business.

Start-Up Consulting

Do you need more than just incorporating? We can help guide you through the entire start-up process including obtaining a tax-id number, business license, by-laws or operating agreement, and more! While we cannot make the legal decisions for you, we can ensure you take the steps in the correct order and know what your options are. This service is billed by the hour (minimum 4 hours) plus expenses. Most jobs are completed in 4 to 6 hours split over 2 or 3 sessions plus follow-ups throughout the first year.

Complete Company Formation

If you don’t want to bother with the basic start-up steps and would rather someone else take care of it, we can offer you a complete incorporation package that includes many of the basic start-up features such as obtaining an EIN number, business license, and more. Your company will be chartered by a professional incorporator and assigned a registered agent. The completed company will then be turned over to you at the organizational meeting held either in-person or online. Due to local laws and personal preferences, each package is custom-tailored and priced individually.
